Join Our Team at Avera Worthington
We re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine to join our outpatient team and provide exceptional care to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
What You ll Do
- Join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practitioners
- Provide high-quality care in the clinic
- Provide nursing home rounds as part of your patient care responsibilities
Schedule
- Clinic Hours Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
- 5 days per week; 1 hour lunch
- Urgent Care Hours until 8:30 PM and weekends until 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in Minnesota
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- DEA certification (state and federal)
