AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a Urologist to become part of a thriving two-physician program supported by Da Vinci 5 and Xi robotic platforms, dedicated block time, APP support, and a sustainable 1:4 call schedule. Expect immediate volume due to established referral demand and growing primary care network.
Physicians with subspecialty interests are encouraged to develop and expand specialty programs while benefiting from the resources of a nationally recognized health system and the autonomy to build their ideal practice. We offer competitive guaranteed base salary with uncapped wRVU productivity incentives and substantial long-term earning potential for high-volume physicians.
