• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Duluth, MN 55805
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,900 - $5,710
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Approximately 13 weeks, with ongoing CRNA coverage needs
• Openings: 3
• Case Environment: Level II trauma center with 15 operating rooms and 4 endoscopy suites
• Call: Scheduled cases are the primary need; call coverage is valued for providers interested in additional support
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Work Setting Highlights: Broad surgical variety including adult, pediatric, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular, and orthopedic cases

• Current CRNA certification and active advanced practice credentials
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Board certification or equivalent certification status required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Strong experience with general anesthesia for adult patients
• Experience with obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic cases
• Ability to manage ventilation and evaluate acute volume and blood pressure issues
• Skill with arterial line placement required
• Pediatric experience preferred; pediatric-trained providers are especially encouraged to apply
• Comfort working in a supervised anesthesia model

• Provide safe, effective anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
• Perform general anesthesia for adult patients and support a range of specialty procedures
• Deliver anesthesia for obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries
• Manage ventilation and respond to acute hemodynamic changes as needed
• Place arterial lines when clinically indicated
• Support perioperative pain management techniques
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and perioperative staff
• Provide dependable coverage for scheduled cases and additional call coverage when available
• Contribute to a patient-centered, high-quality anesthesia care environment
