Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from September 21-November 24 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Manhattan. Provider will see adults for acute episodic issues. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break and Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. September 21 is 12:45pm-5:30pm, and October 19 & 21 are 4:30pm-5:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Nurse Practitioners must have a Full Practice authority license (>3600 hours of clinical practice in NY). Current shift needs are September 21, October 9, 12, 19, 20, 21, & 22, and November 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, & 24.
