Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for October 31 and December 7, 8, 9, 12, & 24 at their onsite employee health center in Haines City, FL. Providers will see ages 2 and up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, & Occupational Medicine services including DOT and non-DOT drug testing, pre-employment physicals, and Workers Compensation evaluation and treatment. Hours are 7:00am-12:00pm on October 31 and December 12 and 7:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break on December 7, 8, 9, & 24. Providers must be Board Certified and DOT Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. FL DEA is also required.
