· Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, 6020 W Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093
Work hours:
· PRN-As Needed/Days Variable Shifts
Surgery Department Highlights:
· Endoscopy and Lithotripsy procedures
· Responsible for preparing patients, performing procedures and recovery

Qualifications
· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
· At least 1 Year Anesthesia experience (Strongly Preferred)
· CAT – Certified Anesthesia Tech (Upon Hire Required) And
· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)
What You Will Do
· Provides support to anesthesia providers during routine and urgent surgical cases and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
· Provides support to anesthesia staff with preparation of room and equipment needed for patient care.
· Protects patient and personal safety by following department processes, maintaining a sterile environment and understanding equipment function.
· Maintains supply, equipment and pharmacy inventory to optimize delivery of anesthesia services.
· Maintains cleanliness and proper function of anesthesia equipment and workroom.
· Able to support Anesthesiologist in Optime.
· Assists in meeting departmental/hospital KPIs related to patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, financial performances, organizational effectiveness and community health care (Reach Out Programs)

Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery is an 18-bed physician-owned hospital serving the people of Collin, Dallas and Denton counties. The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
