Weekdays: 0630-1700 x 3days, 0630-1700 w/call 1700-0700 x 1 day; 48 hr weekend call every 5th weekend; holiday call rotation
Strongly prefer at least 2 years OR experience and experience in Ortho, Urology, GYN, General service lines.

Union West features a dynamic, fast-paced Operating Room serving the Stallings and Matthews communities. Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides an exceptional environment where nurses collaborate closely with highly skilled surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
The OR team performs a variety of surgical procedures and is committed to excellence in patient safety, surgical quality, and teamwork. Nurses play a vital role throughout the perioperative experience, partnering with Surgical Pre-Op and PACU colleagues to ensure seamless, patient-centered care from admission through recovery.

We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do:
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• 28 medical/surgical beds

• 3 operating rooms
• 3 surgery suites
• 1 cesarean (C-section) delivery operating room
• Imaging services, including MRI, CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound and more
• Laboratory and pharmacy services
