We are seeking anexperienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to lead thedevelopment and management of our PMHNP Residency Program. Ourclinician-founded and clinician-led organization provides virtual and in-personmental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the PMHNPResidency Program and curriculum.
- Mentor, supervise, andevaluate PMHNP residents.
- Provide clinical educationfocused on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
- Recruit and support clinicalpreceptors and faculty.
- Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary outpatient care team.
- Maintain program quality,documentation, and accreditation standards.
- Support continuous programimprovement and professional development.
Compensation & Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from anaccredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license inPA, VA, NJ, or MD; ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
- 3+ years of PMHNP/CRNPexperience and 1+ year in an educational or leadership role.
- Strong pediatric psychiatryand evidence-based clinical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership,communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of behavioralhealth regulations and residency accreditation standards.
