Job Description

We are seeking anexperienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to lead thedevelopment and management of our PMHNP Residency Program. Ourclinician-founded and clinician-led organization provides virtual and in-personmental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the PMHNPResidency Program and curriculum.
  • Mentor, supervise, andevaluate PMHNP residents.
  • Provide clinical educationfocused on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
  • Recruit and support clinicalpreceptors and faculty.
  • Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary outpatient care team.
  • Maintain program quality,documentation, and accreditation standards.
  • Support continuous programimprovement and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree from anaccredited nursing program.
  • PMHNP-BC certification.
  • Active PMHNP/APRN license inPA, VA, NJ, or MD; ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
  • 3+ years of PMHNP/CRNPexperience and 1+ year in an educational or leadership role.
  • Strong pediatric psychiatryand evidence-based clinical knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership,communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioralhealth regulations and residency accreditation standards.
