What You ll Do
- Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplantation
- Conduct daily rounds, assist with stem cell infusions, biopsies, and transfusions
- Manage transplant-related complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
What You Need
- Valid Missouri State Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification in Adult Hematology/Oncology (Required)
- 1.5 2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical skills in transplant management and patient education
