- Provide outpatient endocrine care, focusing on diabetes management.
- Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and follow up.
- Manage insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitor data for diabetic patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 5 providers and 3 NPs.
- Document patient encounters using EPIC electronic health record and AI ambient scribe.
