Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

• Full- or part-time Enterprise Float opportunity
• Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a walk-in clinic across the enterprise
• Sole coverage in one rural ED with Avera tele-support currently in place
• ED volume averages 3 4 patient encounters per shift
• Average ED acuity of 3.5 on the 1 5 ESI scale
• Support hospitalist team with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed
• Provide consistent, flexible ED and walk-in clinic coverage
• EPIC EMR
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• NP or PA-C from an accredited institution
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience
• ACLS certification
• Active Minnesota medical license and DEA upon hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $150K annually for the first 2 years
• Additional earning potential based on production hours worked (wRVUs)
