What You ll Do - Provide direct neonatal care in a Level III NICU in collaboration with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
- Engage in patient management, family education, and care planning
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
- Support pediatric subspecialties such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
- Take part in mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
- Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development
What You Need - Valid NNP (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) Board Certification
- 2+ years of NNP experience preferred; open to new graduates
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient management skills
