What You ll Do
  • Provide direct neonatal care in a Level III NICU in collaboration with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
  • Engage in patient management, family education, and care planning
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
  • Support pediatric subspecialties such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
  • Take part in mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
  • Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development

What You Need
  • Valid NNP (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) Board Certification
  • 2+ years of NNP experience preferred; open to new graduates
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient management skills
