Aspirus St. Lukes is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Ashland, Wisconsin.

OPPORTUNITY:
- Flexible scheduling allows for a personalized work-life balance
- Average 16-18 patients per day
- Clinic hours 8am-5pm
- No call
- Onsite lab and radiology (ultrasound, mammography, x-ray)
- Therapies onsite
- Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan licensure required

$95,000 - $125,000/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
