Requirements:
- Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing (note in "Experience") - REQUIRED
- NNP - Board Certified - REQUIRED (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
- FL License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
- Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP - not including RN experience (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice History - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED no exemptions
- Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP - not including RN experience, Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing
- Board Certified
