Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Opportunity Highlights
- Level III NICU
- 30-bed unit (NICU only, no nursery)
- Average daily census of 15 patients
- In-house NNPs with out-of-house neonatologists
- Collaborative, team-based care model
- Opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists, residents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation
- Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
- Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
- Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
- Strong clinical expertise in Level III NICU care
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
