Advanced Practice (NP) - Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner
Job Details:
- Locum Tenens engagement to augment the Cardiothoracic Surgery service line while a permanent staff search is conducted
- Two weeks per month availability required with initial scheduled dates in late September, late October, and early November with additional dates to follow
- Must be skilled and independent in vein harvesting utilizing the Maquet Vasoview system
- Support a 17-bed ICU with 2-10 patient encounters per shift
- Active Kansas license or IMLC licensure required to be considered
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 1 day
- Nearest airport is KCI with lodging accommodations available at the Hilton Garden Inn, Topeka, KS
