• Position: 4x10s
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (1 month timeframe)
• Schedule: 4x10s/week, 80% clinical, 20% admin
• Call: No call
• Patients per day: 12-16
• Age Range: All ages
• Case Types: Bread-and-butter family medicine in an outpatient setting.
• Support: LCSWs, Medical assistants (Each provider has their own assigned MA)
• Athena EMR
• Open for providers who see adult, peds, or all ages
