NP/PA Primary Care Irving, TX 
Full-Time Hybrid Up to $120K
A growing primary care clinic in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time hybrid position.
This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys autonomy, a predictable weekday schedule, and a mix of in-person and telehealth care.

- Full-time, hybrid position
- Fridays fully remote
- No weekends or on-call shifts

- Supervising MD coverage
- 3% employer retirement contribution
- Mon/Wed/Thu: 9 AM 5 PM
- Tuesday: 11 AM 7 PM
- Friday: 9 AM 5 PM, fully virtual
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
- Provide primary care through in-person and telehealth visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Work independently while collaborating with clinic staff and leadership
- Active Texas NP or PA license
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- 2 3+ years of recent primary care experience
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Credentialed or eligible with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial plans
- English required; Spanish preferred
