Job Description
Saint Francis Health System is seeking an experienced Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Neuroscience Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative APP leader to help support the growth and development of our Neurosurgery APP team while providing high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday Friday schedule with a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and OR responsibilities
- Lead and support a growing team of Neurosurgery APPs
- Coordinate APP call schedules, including Trauma and Group Call
- Provide clinical support across inpatient and outpatient settings
- First assist in the OR, including procedures up to three days per week
- Support APP onboarding, mentorship, education, recruitment, and retention
- Collaborate closely with Neurosurgery physicians and operational leadership
- Help develop and improve APP workflows, quality initiatives, and programmatic metrics
- Serve as a resource and advocate for the APP team
- Opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a Level I Trauma Center and expanding Neuroscience Department
Qualifications:
- PA preferred, APRNs considered
- Minimum 3 years of APP experience in Neurosurgery
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or program development experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively balance outpatient, inpatient, and OR responsibilities
