Urology Physician

ATC Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for holiday call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center in Nebraska.

This is a 24-hour call opportunity with hospitalist support for admissions and an average of just 1 2 worked callback hours when called in.

• Setting: Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department & Surgery
• Specialty: Urology
• Coverage: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
• Average Worked Callback: Approximately 1 2 hours
• Procedures: General Urology
• EMR: Epic
• Support: Surgery nurses and surgical techs on call
• Admissions: Hospitalists admit patients
• Receive appropriate handoff from the facility's Urologists
• Call volume varies some days may have no ED consults, while busier days may have 4 5
• Credentialing: Approximately 3 4 weeks

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active DEA
• Nebraska license highly preferred
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working in Epic
• Case logs from the past two years required
  

Travel, housing, and malpractice insurance will be provided.
