Job Description

This role offers a 36-week assignment for a School Speech Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ. It provides competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits, while allowing the candidate to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in the school setting

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech or language impairments

  • Document progress and support compliance with educational standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, or equivalent

  • Valid state licensure in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in school settings or related educational environments

  • Proficiency in speech and language assessment and intervention planning

  • Ability to collaborate with educational teams

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

  • Background check clearance

  • Compliance with school district policies

Preferred Skills:

  • CCC-SLP certification

  • CFY consideration
