A Brief Overview

Accountable for immunizations/inoculations to prevent the spread of communicable disease.

What you will do

  • Responsible for administering immunizations in a manner consistent with good nursing practice and coordinate immunization programs.
  • Responsible for following up on immunizations and assuring proper record keeping.
  • Observes, records and reports employee’s reactions to drugs and treatments to appropriate individual.
  • Maintains inoculation rooms for necessary supplies and materials. Ensures cleanliness. Prepares list of medical supplies needed.
  • Occasionally travel to owned or managed facilities as directed.

The individual must be able to work the hours specified. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
  • 1-3 years
