- Olympus Health coordinates and conducts physical evaluations on behalf of government agencies, supporting individuals through pre-employment, return-to-work, and other occupational health examinations. This position supports services provided for the State of Wisconsin. Olympus Health also partners with multiple state agencies across the country to deliver these essential evaluation services.
- Services are provided on an as-needed basis and may involve one to two examinations per month. Examinations will be scheduled within your existing Monday through Friday availability, allowing for flexibility alongside your current practice or employment commitments.

As the examining provider, you will conduct physical examinations and functional assessments focused primarily on evaluating a claimant's physical function, mobility, and range of motion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical examinations using a structured, standardized template within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Perform objective assessments to assist the State of Wisconsin in evaluating eligibility for government employment.
- Accurately document examination findings in a clear, thorough, and professional manner.
- Maintain impartiality and provide objective clinical observations based solely on examination findings.

- These examinations do not establish a physician-patient or provider-patient relationship.
- Providers are not responsible for diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatment, or offering medical advice.
- Providers do not determine a claimant's eligibility for benefits or make employment decisions; their role is limited to conducting the examination and documenting objective findings.
- We schedule each clinic in advance and can work around your current professional schedule. Payment is issued immediately upon completion of the charts, so there is no waiting for billing.
- We will pay $180 per exam. This would include a medical records review for each patient.
