Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D) Unit PRN – Central Staffing Unit

Main Office: Texas Health Central Staffing Office - 612 E Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011
Work Locations: The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX but you will primarily be working in Region B.
Work hours: PRN; Must be available to work 36 hours/week.
* This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits*
Shift: Days, 7AM-7PM (no self-scheduling).
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Region B: Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, HEB, Arlington Memorial, Heart & Vascular, Alliance, and Azle
Central Staffing Office Highlights:
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Labor & Delivery) – internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular region.
Here’s What you Need
- Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or
- Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred And
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
- 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required And
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire Required And
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required And
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required Or
- IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required And
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire Required And
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required

The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
