Lexington Clinic is seeking a full-time Ophthalmology physician to join a well-established group practice in Lexington, Kentucky.
This is an extremely unique position:There are very few practice models where you can own your practice and still have the stability of an organization to manage the business side of operations for you.
The leadership team's purpose and goal at Lexington Clinic is to facilitate and make physicians' day-to-day lives easier and to preserve the last bit of autonomy they have in practicing medicine.

Position Highlights:Lexington Clinic is Central Kentucky's oldest and largest multi-specialty group practice, consisting of more than 200 physicians, 180 advanced practice providers, and 1,600 full-time employees. Lexington Clinic provided over 1,000,000 patient encounters in 2025.
Lexington is the second-largest city in Kentucky with a population of approximately 300,000 and is known as the Horse Capital of the World.
