This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week - 7:45a-8:15p
- Patients per day: 45
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Urgent Care
- State Licensure: Active Indiana license
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
