Position Highlights
Position Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the device clinic. The nurse will perform follow up visits and interrogations of device patients. This includes device evaluation, reprogramming of devices, PaceMate system data entry and reporting, charting documentation and generating billing information. The nurse works closely with the electrophysiology staff as well as the device technicians.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; 4-10 hours shifts; Variable work hours according to clinic and Outreach coverage needs. Primary role within clinic setting.
Education/Experience:
Graduate of a nursing program. Two years of critical care experience is preferred but not required. Telemetry or cardiac rhythm evaluation is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current licensure of registered nursing or multi-state in the states of South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Minnesota licensure will be required with 6 months of employment.
Current BLS and ACLS certification at time of employment.
