What You ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
  • Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing care management
  • Deliver evidence-based, individualized care tailored to each neonate s needs
  • Participate in clinical decision-making and family support
  • Engage in a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives (if interested)
  • Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
  • Active RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Minimum of 0+ years of neonatology experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 24-hour shifts
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
