What You ll Do - Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing care management
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized care tailored to each neonate s needs
- Participate in clinical decision-making and family support
- Engage in a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives (if interested)
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need - Active RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 0+ years of neonatology experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 24-hour shifts
