What You ll Do
  • Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals
  • Attend deliveries (no transport required)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
  • Function with high autonomy, supported by in-house neonatology coverage
  • Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
  • Support neonatal health standards aligned with organizational goals
What You Need
  • Florida RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Licenses
  • Minimum of X years of neonatal care experience (specific experience requirements may vary)
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
