What You ll Do
- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals
- Attend deliveries (no transport required)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with high autonomy, supported by in-house neonatology coverage
- Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
- Support neonatal health standards aligned with organizational goals
What You Need
- Florida RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Licenses
- Minimum of X years of neonatal care experience (specific experience requirements may vary)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
