Responsibility:
- Primary Care Nurse Practitioners seeing patients in dialysis clinics. (5-7)
- Managing patients with complex chronic illness
- Primary care provider for patients with kidney failure
- Telehealth can be utilized when clinics are geographically spread out, but they mainly want in person, face to face visits
- Team generally:
- Arrives around 7:00 AM
- Leaves around 3:00/4:00 PM
- Completes charting from home afterward
- At least two years of Primary Care NP background
- Experience managing complex chronic conditions
- Nephrology (not required)
Compensation
Base Salary $140,000-150K plus bonus potential plus benefits
