Job Description
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience or more required
- Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
- All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Assignment Details:
- Schedule: 4 x 10s
- Hours: Mostly 8:30pm to 6:30am
- Occasional alternate hours: 10:15am to 8:45pm
- Rotating schedule, generally 8 on and 6 off, including weekends
- No call
- Holiday coverage for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day can be expected
- EPIC experience required

Location Highlights
Ukiah offers access to Northern California outdoor recreation and wine country destinations. Lake Mendocino is about 10 miles north of downtown, and Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve is about 20 miles west with old-growth redwood groves and hiking trails. Ukiah is located along U.S. Route 101 about 60 miles south of Willits and about 115 miles north of San Francisco, which supports road access for weekend travel and regional dining and entertainment.
