Pay Rates
- 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $20.25 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $21.50 per hour

1st Shift
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Overtime as needed
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Overtime as needed
3rd Shift
Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime as needed
What You'll Be Doing
As a Medical Assembler, you will help manufacture high-quality medical devices in a clean, professional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Medical device assembly
- Clean room assembly operations
- Working with small parts and components
- Scanning and tracking materials
- Labeling products and packaging
- Performing inspections and repairs
- Following detailed work instructions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting inventory control processes
- Completing additional production tasks as assigned
Job Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform hands-on assembly tasks with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Troubleshoot basic production issues
- Meet quality and production standards
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Accurately document production activities and inventory
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check
