What You ll Do:
  • Collaborate with neonatologists to provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
  • Assist with coverage of the NICU and newborn nursery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring of neonatal patients
  • Support families through education and family-centered care approaches
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in neonatal health

What You Need:
Required:
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
  • Minimum 2+ years of NNP clinical experience
  • Active North Carolina state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in Level III NICU or similar high-acuity neonatal environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
