- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN experience)

What You ll Do:
- Collaborate with neonatologists to provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Assist with coverage of the NICU and newborn nursery, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and monitoring of neonatal patients
- Support families through education and family-centered care approaches
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Work within a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in neonatal health
What You Need:
Required:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
- Minimum 2+ years of NNP clinical experience
- Active North Carolina state license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Level III NICU or similar high-acuity neonatal environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
