- NPDB report (obtained in the last 30 days)
- Other Qualifications: Cerner EMR proficiency preferred
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients.
- Participate in tumor board meetings.
- Manage clinic patients on assigned days (Mon, Wed, Fri).
- Provide clinic call as needed.
- Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, social worker, dietitian, nurse navigator.
