This facility is a well-established outpatient oncology and hematology clinic operating as a satellite location, previously functioning as a two-physician practice with nurse practitioner assistance. The clinic is fully equipped with an infusion center, onsite CBC capabilities, and a robust multidisciplinary support team including oncology RNs, medical assistants, a social worker, a dietitian, and a nurse navigator.

Board Certified - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
- Provide outpatient Medical Oncology and Hematology clinic coverage Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including clinic call as needed
- Position is physically located in Lapeer, MI at a satellite clinic location
- Coverage is 100% adult outpatient with an average of 15-20 patients per day
- Perform hematology and oncology outpatient care
- Participate in tumor board
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology required
- Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology required
- Active Michigan medical license required; IMLC not accepted
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR required
- Copy of NPDB self-query required at presentation (pulled within 30 days)
- Provider must understand and acknowledge they will be physically working in Lapeer, MI
