Job Description
As an RN Clinical Support Coordinator for Women's Services at HCA Healthcare, you will coordinate patient care activities across obstetric and gynecologic services. You'll provide direct clinical support to nursing teams, assist with patient assessments, triage calls, and help develop care plans that promote safety and positive outcomes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical support for women's health, obstetric, and gynecologic patients
- Provide direct RN-level patient care, assessments, and triage support
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support patient and family education on care plans, procedures, and follow-up
- Assist with workflow optimization and resource coordination for Women's Services
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
