Travel Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Telemetry RN to provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill adult patients on telemetry units nationwide. In this role, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on telemetry units
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update care plans regularly
• Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the EHREducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Adapt quickly to new facility policies, systems, and workflows as a traveler
• Support a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork
