Jefferson Health is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our growing anesthesia teams across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental projects
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system and regulatory standards
Practice Environment

Qualifications
Master s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current or eligible Pennsylvania CRNA license
National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety
