Responsibilities
- Provide high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in various ICU settings.
- Monitor patient health and progress through continuous assessment and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Support patient and family needs to facilitate recovery, including education and emotional support.
- Maintain flexibility to rotate through different ICUs depending on staffing needs and patient volumes.
- Ensure adherence to hospital procedures and safety protocols.
