In this role, you will operate CT imaging equipment to deliver precise diagnostic scans, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. You'll manage a high-volume, seasonal workflow, accurately document exams in EMR systems, and collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff. Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety
- Administer contrast agents under established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in EMR systems
- Follow radiation safety and HIPAA guidelines at all times
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic decisions
- Assist in prioritizing and managing high-volume, seasonal imaging workflow
