Clinical Psychologist

Job Description

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver in-person and telehealth care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes to improve patient well-being. You'll collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care partners in a culture grounded in empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office visits while maintaining high clinical standards
  • Document sessions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in the electronic health record
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on integrated care
  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies
  • Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, including HIPAAEngage in continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical expertise
