Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for diverse adult patients
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care
- Monitor treatment response, adjust medications, and manage side effects safely
- Document all encounters accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance
- Participate in case conferences, quality improvement, and collaborative care initiatives
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies
