Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses
- Provide ongoing medication management and monitor treatment response
- Develop and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians on holistic care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
- Document all encounters accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory compliance
- Participate in case conferences, quality initiatives, and clinical supervision
- Contribute to an inclusive, empathetic, and recovery-oriented environment
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities
