Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician to support safe, accurate, and timely delivery of medications to home health patients. In this role, you will process prescription orders, fill, label, and package medications, and operate mail-order and automated dispensing equipment. You will verify order information, help resolve insurance or delivery issues, and maintain accurate inventory and documentation. Working closely with pharmacists and clinicians, you'll support personalized, compliant care for seniors and adults managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prepare prescription orders for mail distribution
• Fill, label, and package medications following pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Operate and maintain automated dispensing and packaging equipment
• Verify prescription information and resolve order or insurance issues
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and home health staff to support patient care plans
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and quality control standards in all workflows
• Document activities in pharmacy and electronic health record systems
• Assist with shipping, tracking, and resolving delivery problems
• Contribute to process improvement and team performance goals
