Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the operating room setting.
- Ensure the operating room is prepared with all necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain sterile environments and uphold all standards for patient care in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to plan and execute procedures.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
- Provide guidance and support to patient families and other caregivers.
