Job Description
Incredible Health seeks an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care. You'll assess patients before surgery, circulate and scrub during procedures, and closely monitor status to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Function as circulating and/or scrub nurse, ensuring sterile technique and proper instrument handling
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery expectations, and post-op care
- Document all aspects of care accurately in the EHR and follow hospital protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve workflows, quality, and patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards in the operating room
