Wesley Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Surgical Oncology department. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the surgical oncology department.
- Coordinate patient care with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement standards of care and nursing policies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in cancer research and clinical trials.
- Train and mentor nursing staff and support their professional development.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
