Clinch Valley Health in Richlands, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our community-focused hospital. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a variety of acuity levels
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses
- Document care accurately in the EHR and communicate effectively with the care team
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies at all times
