Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse facilities nationwide. Responsibilities

• Provide direct Med Surg and telemetry nursing care to a diverse adult patient population
• Continuously monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Perform comprehensive assessments and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies across varied facilities
