TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role is critical in assisting cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures to diagnose and treat cardiac conditions. Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and other cardiovascular procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including taking medical histories and medication administration.
- Monitor patient status and provide care during procedures.
- Operate and maintain cardiac cath lab equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedure care.
